7-Day Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Return
Initiate Return
Go to My Account → Orders, select your item, and click "Return". Choose your reason and preferred refund method.
Schedule Pickup
Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address within 24–48 hours of your request.
Item Collected
Keep the item unused with original tags and packaging. Our delivery partner will collect and inspect the item.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Wrong size received
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Item significantly different from description
- Unused and unwashed items in original condition
Not Eligible for Return
- Customised jerseys with player names or numbers (Team Hub orders)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Socks, undergarments, and other hygiene items
- Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Got the wrong size? We make it easy to swap. Exchanges are processed faster than returns — we dispatch the replacement as soon as our courier picks up the original item.
